• An enquiry will be listed immediately when submitted for a period of 7 days and then will be deleted from this website.
• An Enquiry End Date can be entered for a listing to remain beyond 7 days to a date nominated.
• All enquiries listed are for Vehicle Dealer viewing only and are not displayed in any form to the public.
• For user and Vehicle Dealer convenience an enquiry will include details of how and when the user can be contacted.
• Users of this service need to be prepared and have as much detail of the vehicle at the time of submitting an enquiry.

USERS of this service

• You agree to list your enquiry on this website only.
• You understand Autosos and this website does not sell motor vehicles and neither benefits from or participates in any way in the actual sale of motor vehicles.
• You understand this website acts as a ‘notice board’ from which Vehicle Dealers identify users of this service as potential customers.
• You agree to allow only Vehicle Dealers to view and reply to your enquiry.
• You understand Vehicle Dealers act on their own behalf independent of Autosos and this website.
• You agree to act responsibly in all matters relating to this service.
• You can reasonably expect a Vehicle Dealer to comply with your enquiry.
• You accept that you may not receive a reply to your enquiry.
• You accept that you may not gain a benefit from using this service.
• You accept there is no guarantee you will purchase a vehicle by using this service.
• You accept by using this service the objectives or outcomes as interpreted, documented, implied or otherwise derived is not guaranteed.
• You understand you are under no obligation to purchase a vehicle from a Vehicle Dealer as a result of using this service.

VEHICLE DEALERS

• Vehicle Dealers must be registered with this website to view the New Vehicle Enquiry Log.
• Vehicle Dealer registration is at the discretion of Autosos administrators.
• Vehicle Dealers are required to act in a responsible manner with potential customers identified on the New Vehicle Enquiry Log.
• Vehicle Dealers are required to exercise appropriate confidentiality with potential customers identified on the New Vehicle Enquiry Log.

NEW VEHICLES

• A new vehicle is defined as a vehicle that has not been registered with a built date in the current or previous calendar year.
• A new vehicle odometer reading will have only minimal kilometres being recorded during pre delivery.
• Vehicles described as ‘demonstrators’ or similar are by definition not new vehicles.
